Class Details

The sessions will start with Chi Gong exercises, not strenuous! Then Cheng Man Ching style Tai Chi, with the many health benefits it can bring.

I have been teaching Tai Chi / Chi Gong as a professional instructor for over 20 years, and look forward to teaching you.
