U3A in London – Belsize Park

Please note that if you wish to attend classes taking place in the Town Hall in person, you no longer need to bring proof of vaccination. This decision is in line with Government policy and will be kept under constant review. Please continue to take all necessary precautions and do not come if you are experiencing any symptoms of ill health. Face masks are optional in our own rooms but should be worn in all common parts of the building. You will be issued with a validated access card which will enable you to pass check points within the Town Hall, fixed to a distinctive lanyard which should always be worn in the building for identification purposes.

    Membership Fees

We are proud to be the only remaining U3A that was present from the very beginning. The movement now is 40 years old – and so are we. As a gesture to mark this event we are reducing our standard membership fee for 2022-23 from £75 to £40.

Our fee from September 2022 to 2023 will be a flat rate of £40.

    Reduced membership

From 2022 to 2023 the fee will be a flat rate of £5.

The fee for established coordinators is unchanged at £25.

For Reduced Membership rates, please provide evidence of income support or equivalent.

The membership fee entitles you to take part in all our regular activities until September 2023. Once you have paid the membership fee there are no other charges. You can attend any study group or Monday talk you wish without further payment and take part in our Summer programme. (Some special events such as the Easter Conference incur an extra charge). The only limitation is that some groups may become full, in which case you can put your name on a waiting list.
