Class

Focusing

Class Details

Autumn and Spring terms only

This course offers a gentle yet powerful introduction to Focusing – a body- based listening practice developed by philosopher and psychotherapist Eugene Gendlin. Focusing helps us tune into the quiet wisdom of the body, allowing us to explore what wants our awareness with compassion. In a supportive and structured setting, participants will learn to listen inwardly with kindness. The course runs as a closed group to create a sense of safety and continuity.

To join, interested participants are invited to attend a short one-to-one taster session to ensure the approach is a good fit. No previous experience is needed – just a willingness to be curious and present with your inner world.
N.B. Once group sessions begin no other members may join.
