Exercise class: Chair Pilates and Falls Prevention

Class Details

This class aims to improve posture by aligning the body and strengthening support for the spine and pelvis.  The exercises are based on Romana classical Pilates adapted for chair and standing and involve all muscle groups. Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely.
