Exercise class: Wake-Up Chair Pilates

Class Details

This class improves posture by aligning the body and strengthening muscles that support the spine, pelvis and shoulder girdle. The exercises are based on Romana Classical Pilates and are adapted for chair and standing. They involve all muscle groups. Please wear clothing that allows you to move freely
