Class Details

Alexander Technique is a gentle, progressive way of linking the mind and body to improve co-ordination and ease of movement in everyday activities.  For over 100 years, musicians, actors, sportsmen and others have benefitted from the technique – including George Bernard Shaw, Aldous Huxley, John Cleese and many others.  We will cover the history, theory and practice of the technique; this course will explain and demonstrate how it can improve physical and mental health
