Class Details
Alexander Technique is a gentle, progressive way of linking the mind and body to improve co-ordination and ease of movement in every-day activities. For over 100 years, musicians, actors, sportsmen and others have benefited from the technique including George Bernard Shaw, Aldous Huxley, John Cleese and many others. We will cover the history, theory and practice of the technique; this course will explain how it can improve physical and mental health.
