Running Classes out of term time
Barbara Stevens needs to compile a full list of those who are running sessions in the holidays.
This list will be supplied to WacArts reception.
WacArts reception will give the U3A keys on request to those on the list.
The KEY BOX with keys inside must be returned to WacArts reception immediately the room has been opened and collected again at the end of the session to lock up once more.
This is important as there may be several sessions occurring at the same time.
(If you have your own keys, please let Barbara know).
