Class

Art Appreciation D: Art Book Club

Class Details

MONTHLY ON SECOND MONDAY IN THE MONTH

Each month we read a book suggested by a member of the group – could be a novel, a biography, a critique or anything else, as long as it is connected in some way with some kind of Art – and then discuss it in the meeting. Last year we enjoyed, among others, “Caravaggio, a life sacred and profane” by Andrew Graham-Dixon, “Headlong” – novel about a lost Breugel painting by Michael Frayn and “The Vanishing Man” (about Velasquez) by Sarah Dunant.
