Class Details

This class is for those who are already proficient at yoga, practice regularly and will share collectively in leading the sessions. We hold the postures, with Ujjayi breathing, for approx. 30-60 seconds. You will need to wear loose comfortable clothing, your own yoga mat and 2 yoga foam blocks.
Argos now stocks Women’s Health Yoga Blocks (men can also use them!!). Blocks can also be ordered online – (put yoga foam blocks into your search engine and take your pick!).
