A fusion of Pilates exercises, Salsa dancing and fun! Experience gentle aerobic dance exercise with standing Pilates that concentrates on slow and measured movements. A highly effective session for improving posture, flexibility and to prevent injury. You will need a space in front of your camera device and a chair or similar for support.
