A fun fusion of Pilates exercises and Salsa dancing that focuses on balance and coordination to prevent injury. Some light aerobic exercise that is done standing or seated, to improve strength, stretch and control, Use a chair, wear comfortable loose clothing and enjoy the Latino rhythm!
