Exercise class: Basic Mat Pilates
Class Details
This class introduces mat-based Romana pilates. We use progressive steps to build muscle strength, joint flexibility and control of movement using the Classical Pilates system of basic to early intermediate exercises. You will develop abdominal strength and learn to use it to control your spine and limb movements for all everyday activities.
