Exercise class: Basic Mat Pilates

Class Details

This class introduces mat-based Romana pilates. We use pre-pilates and progressive steps to build control of abdominal, spinal and upper leg muscles to improve control of movement, muscle strength, and joint flexibility using the Classical Pilates system of basic to early intermediate exercises. You will develop abdominal strength and learn to use it to control your spine to increase length, alignment and flexibility.  We hope to use Zoom so that those at home can join the class.
