Exercise: Classical Pre-Pilates (Chair-based)
This class aims to improve posture by aligning the body and strengthening and supporting the back and pelvis. The exercises are based on Romana classical Pilates and adapt this together with basic Pilates exercises for chair and standing. Ultimately the classes will strengthen, lengthen, align and improve control of all muscle groups in the body. No previous experience is required, but please wear clothing that allows you to move from top to toes.
