Originally from Venezuela, Cindy trained in gastronomy before coming to London to work in the city’s Michelin starred restaurants. She switched to baking a few years ago and hasn’t looked back, quickly working her way up to become head baker in one of London’s biggest artisan bakeries, making breads like sourdoughs, baguettes and her specialities: pandoro and panettone.
